Need VIN help

New member here with a common question.
I recently bought what is supposed to be a 1966 E100 pickup, but got no
title with it. Can anyone help with what the numbers mean??
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here are the numbers; E10FHB55858

Thanks,
Mickey

Thanks OGB for the info. Since the truck came with a 9" rear it must be
the heavy duty model. It also has US NAVY printed on the doors and tailgate.
It doesn't have a dual master cylinder so I know it's not a 1967, but does your
info say what year the truck is? That's one of the things I was most interested in. It also has the hump in the back of the engine cover and back of the cab down near the floor. My cousin also has an eco pickup, but his does not have this hump.
Thanks for the reply......

Built in April 1966 for a 1966 model. This is assuming the real number is E10FH855858 and your B was really an 8.

F= Originally came with a 170 cui engine

Decode your own VIN, and the other codes on the door tag, for 1961-1967 Econolines at Econoline ID
