just a side note, there is a 66 crew cab longbed about two miles from my house sitting on jackstands with a camper in the bed. Its sitting in front of a warehouse, so I have no idea if its for sale. There are three old cadillacs and an old winnebago frame keeping it company.

Production #'s I've heard are between 2,000 and 4,000 for 1965 and 1966 combined. No substantiation in fact, unfortunately.
adunham, any chance that you could get and post a picture of that long bed and perhaps get the info from the VIN plate?
