P0236 code?

Hey fellas, my truck lost power and stalled out hauling a load of logs out of the woods tonight, and the last few days its been starting funny. It had a P0236 (turbo sensor A circuit performance) and a 1211 (ICP above/below desired).
Any thoughts?

I don't know about the 236 but the 1211 might be your hpop getting weak. Check the level of oil in the hpop and when was the last time you changed your oil? I've gotten lots of them in the past and it never has put me into limb mode or made it hard to start.

I lost power and got a cel 1211, when I had my 15* pump, stage ones and chip. This was when towing my trailer. 236 is probably from the ebpv unplugged if you have done that.

What mods are done to your truck?

0236 is the MAP sensor. Bad/clogged hose, chip or bad MAP can set this code but it won't stall the engine I'd start looking into the 1211

The oil is not very old, I haven't checked the oil in the hpop. The truck has been giving the 1211 code for quite some time, but the 0236 is new. It has been starting hard lately, it doesn't just "light up", it cranks and cranks then slowly starts to light and run.

Checked the hpop oil level, its within an inch from the top. went to change the fuel filter, found the heating element is toast. Surely not the problem, hasn't been that cold yet. Pulled the element, found a tablespoon + of crap in bottom of fuel bowl. After I clean out bowl and put back together, what should the fuel psi be at? I'm thinking I'll check that first and go from there.

Should remain in the range of 50-65 psi from idle to WOT

Ok, changed the fuel filter, and it started right up. Fuel pressure at idle is bouncing from 70-80 psi.
I shut it down for a minute, and it started real hard again!
It seems like a fuel issue, but I don't know. Glow plug relay maybe? Man, this is a drag, snow is gonna be flying soon, hope this isn't going to be a major pita!

Sounds like your FPR is plugged .. If that is the case ,the fuel has air in it ...
THere is an orifice inside it along with the screen that may be plugged

I'd believe there is air in the fuel, when I pulled the the guage off of the schrader valve, the fuel that leaked looked "carbonated"! The "orifice" where the screen is, is it higher then where the heating element hooks up?

Is the fpr located towards the top of the fuel bowl and the ipr located down below the fuel bowl?
