Get all the POR15 stuff off of ebay save your self a lot of money. That's what I did. And make sure that you get the metal ready and marine clean if you don't fallow the directions then it will not last.
Good to know, thanks! I was going to purchase them off of Amazon originally.
just be EXTREMELY careful with whatever method you do near the gas tank. After playing around for an hour with a 2hp ventilation fan and putting welding blankets over the gas tank i said F it and just unbolted the thing and pulled the tank from my truck. Four bolts for the skid plate and two for the tank and about five minutes and she was out. Even with all the safety equipment i had its not worth a spark or torch spatter hitting the tank and causing a huge BOOM!
Awesome job! I just got all my POR15 stuff today in the mail. Does that last support need those two little spacers or can the whole support be that height? ihave to do under the cab where the steps mount as well before i put new ones on.

Yes the last one needs the spacers to sit on the frame...You cant have one size all the way across because it will hit the spare tire support. And just a heads up I ended up using 3 quarts of POR15.

Good to know! Sounds like I'll get more I only have a quart!
You could get bolts from LMC Truck (Expensive) or www.Rangerframefix.com. They sell Ranger bed bolts and clips for pretty cheap that should be very similary to what the Super Duty uses. Give them a call and talk to Dan the owner. He is very helpful.
You could also order parts from www.allensfasteners.com. I order aton of crap for my Ranger from them. They are the only place I think has bolts priced correctly and they are very nice quality. They have flat rate shipping up to a certain size. I order 1/2" Stainless fully threaded for my Ranger's bed, but had no like finding the right size extruded U-Nut. These are the bolts: 18-8 SS 1/2" Tap Bolt.
