7.3 VS 6.0

7.3 VS 6.0
I am pulling a 17 ft enclosed trailer. I need to buy a 3/4 or 1 ton truck to pull it. What would work better the 7.3 or the 6.0? I am looking at a truck between a 99 - 03 f series models. I plan on chipping for increased power and fuel economy. Thanks

I have owned both and both have been good to me. However, I would not have bought a 2003 6.0 in 2003 so I certainly wouldn't do it in 2012. In addition, I personally would not chip a 6.0 regardless of the year.
If you want to do some customization, the 7.3 is the way to go.
