Well guys I'm enjoying my new to me 08 F350 SRW SB 6.4 ......
Radiator , hoses , thermostat ... Replaced
Pulleys & belts ..... Replaced
This week after gong into limp ... EGR & Housing .. Replaced

I'm as of today over the 100k miles on the Truck ....

Have a Curt 25k 5th wheel hitch in the back
60 Gallon aux tank set up
Curt front receiver hitch to get put on this weekend

If you was Mr Me would you now look at dpf del & Programer ??

What else would you look advise on giving me a long lasting unit ?

My 99 F350 7.3 still pulls like a monster & has just over 500k

did you do the 100K radiator flush and from diff gear lube change yet? Don't forget the fuel cooler too.

I'd run it a bit before I would do any deletes.

 

Thanks for getting back ... Cooling was flushed when rad & top bottom boss replaced
According to the vin reading the transmission was overhauled at 40k miles for some reason
So Sinex , you sayin the rear diff oils ?? Would you go with synthetic
Fuel cooler ... Ill look into the forums for that one .

 

Rear diff should have been done at 60K The Fronts (assuming you have a 4x4) are done at 100K.

For the fuel cooler just drain and fill with new Ford gold premixed coolant.

 

Just googling that right now ... Yes is 4x4 .. In Canada ... -23 tonight lol
