Welcome to our two newest members. MOOSE_MACHINE rolling in a 97 F250 and coming at us from Chilliwack. west coast jeff rolling in a 86 F250 coming to us from the coastal area.
Hi fellas. my name is Nick
I've been a member here for a while now, I started posting in the pre powerstroke diesel forum with my 89 diesel and now mostly hang out in the 94-97 powerstroke forum
Here's a pic of the old girl.
97 F-350 CCLB 7.3 PSD.
It could use a bit of tlc here and there. It needs rear wheel wells and a passenger fender. Cancer is starting to show its way through . Aside for on that I just finished a motor rebuild on it with some minor power upgrades. I'm hoping to hit bd days for a dyno run. So long as it breaks 400 rwhp I'll be happy . Body doesn't look too bad for 442k kms. IMO.
I just noticed your from Princeton. Some friends and I stay at a cabin on allison lake every winter. The pic I posted was us getting back from the trip. We met an interesting character named steamer
Probably the way I would have done it as well. More is always better than not enough. I'd love another 200 hp inside my 6.0. Not really needed but a nice to have.
I don't recognize the name. That's a pretty nice lake when it's full of water. I drove by there on Tuesday then back home on Wednesday. The ice is starting to look pretty soft.
Yeah I bet it's soft. Steamer drives a bricknose f-250 4x4 with chains hanging over the spare tire mounted to the front bumper. His cousin works at lordco. I think he lives closer to hedley. Real nice guy. I doubt I'll ever forget him.
Hey, Nick. If I see you at the BD Dyno Days I'll introduce myself. Are you a member of the BC Coal Rollers then? They'll all be going and it will be lots of fun with a drift event at the end.
Keep in mind though that unless it's been fixed, BD's dyno isn't accurate. It underrates horsepower figures and doubles torque figures.
