I assume you have done regular oil changes.
I would do coolant/radiator flush, differential oil change, air filter, clean MAF sensor, clean throttle body, brake fluid flush, power steering fluid flush, fuel filter change.
I would do the plugs/boots and trans fluid again, too.
How are the shocks? Serpentine belt, tensioner and idler pulley?
These are what I can think of off the top of my head.

What would you clean the maf sensor/throttle body with? Good idea with the belt, its squealing (i keep the old one just in case). I just replaced the shocks with some super heavy duty monroe's. What do you mean by the boots? thanks Curt

You can get a spray can of MAF sensor cleaner from any auto parts store. CFC brand comes to mind.
Boots are those rubber sleeve over the spark plugs with the spring inside. They tend to crack over time and allow water to get into the hole causing misfires.
