These folks make custom 16.5 rims in the super duty bolt pattern (8x170).

I bought mine off Craigslist out of Oregon. Even with USPS shipping to Kodiak AK, it was reasonable. $150 for the set of rims, and $100 to ship all 4 rims. They were Centerline rims 12x16.5 with the 8x170mm. With very few choices of 16.5 tires, the 16.5 rims are going cheap. There is a set of 5 for sale on the Anchorage, AK craigslist now.
