No mounting kit needed.
If your dash is factory all you should have to do is cut a standard Din size hole in the dash, wire it up and go.
Use the basket for the new CD player as a template and trace around it where you want the hole, i like to use an air saw, it cuts a nice clean hole, you can also use a dremmel tool or tin snips depending on your dash.
