What oil and filters are you using, and are the injectors you are replacing original?

Replaceing the injectors is the end result of your problem not the cause. Have you cut your filter open and visually looked at what might be in there.

Really dirty fuel with particles smaller than the micron size of the filter will go thru the filter and into the injectors themselves.

Yep, damaged injectors are usually the end results. So what is your FICMv and Fuel psi?

To diagnose and maintain the 6.0, a monitor solution is invaluable. You have choices, like ScangaugeII, Edge Insight, DashBoss.

ScangaugeII will take care of all the gauges needed except EGT and Fuel psi, you will need seperate analog gauges/pod for them.

DashBoss will monitor everything on one device with adding the EGT and Fuel psi to the Bluetooth OBDII adpter, this also requires using an iOS device (iTouch/iPad/iPhone).

Edge Insight CS/CTS will monitor everything on one device when you purchase the expandable cable for EGT and Fuel psi.

Take a look at the sticky section, lots of info regaurding how important a monitor solution is, not to mention it makes it easier to diagnose issue.

From: Saratoga Springs,UT
you need to install the blue Fuel Pressure regulator spring

droping injectors like you are is commonly from Low Fuel press

Most of us install the Blue FPR Spring just to be on the safe side

Some aftermarket fuel filters don't have or not the right outer membrane on the HFCM filter to repel/seperate water.

Most here are against using FRAM filters, and suggest only Motorcraft or RACOR. I am not sure but, maybe this is some of the problem.

Where is a good place to get the Edge Insight CS/CTS and can this replace my scII or do i still need to keep the scII for other readings. Thanks.

Sorry, can't help you there. I don't own either one of those, I use DashBoss for iOS devices.

The SGII will monitor more total PID's than the Insight. But the Insight will display more PID's on the screen than SGII. Any of the 3 that I mentioned have there pro's/con's. IMO, it's a matter of personal preferance.

If you got some cash burning a hole in your pocket and want a fancy display with other features, then decide if you want to buy the Insight. If not, then the SGII is more than capable of monitor/diagnose most issue that may arise.
