ok ill do all that the upper bowl is right next to the oil filter housing am i right?

YES it is next to oil filter the smaller one with Black Lid
And Honestly you have enough HPO to start so probably can rule out HPO Problem 1400-1500ICP psi is GREAT

yes there is fuel in there the filter for some reason looks a little dirty so i think imma change that out

Were running out of Options Fast
Unplug the Fan Clutch and try to start its up front the wires that cross from engine to the Fan

ok the icv jumped to 3.23 fuse 22 is good replaced anyways icp is still reading between 1400-1500 flp still has no code an the p2285 code is back

Ever changed the Fuel Filters????
Wonder if you have a Volume flow issue
Aropund 60psi fuel is Good
under 50psi is bad
Look into the Upper fuel filter with KOEO is there any air Bubbles?????

Ya you have 48volts FICM Main Power so FLP is Likly a Code Error
Your HPO System Looks Good ICPV 3.23v is plenty to start so Unless the
ICP sensor is Giving a False Good reading IDK
Did you happen to see IPR% During Crank??
How Fast RPM are you seeing during crank?? Need atleast 150rpm IIRC

rpm has gone any where from 158 to 434 and ipr% has stayed at 14.4%

i stand corrected it jumped up into the 60's for ipr%

the RPM Shure Stands out
I dont think the starter can crank that fast 434rpm is really fast for the Starter to acomplish
makes me wonder about the Cam Sensor
the Conflicking thing here is Cam Crank is in Sync
Have you tried with the FanClutch unplugged yet???????

yes i did the rpms have been jumping the high rpms were when it cranks like it started

wonder if the A/C Pump is Partly Seized holding the truck Back it happens
maybe 150 rpm is to borderline
To check this we take the Acc Drive belt off and try to start
Or the CAM Sensor is bad reading IDK
there is really not much that stands out here
How long since fuel filters been changed???

ok i dont know if this means anything but my tans temp gauge is shoving a temp increase its not bottomed out like it usually is until i drive it for a few minutes and also my parking prake light is one but the brake is off.
