Gray??? Are you saying they all came gray? Mine are light brown (Palomino color). I don't remember, the OP could have had them changed I guess. Course I could be wrong. Trucks old and so am I. Just know how it came to me.

I have 3 pairs that are not gray . . .
I think it depended on what interior color was. Its possible all that was avail as replacement was gray but for sure not all trucks left factory with gray visor's.

I don't recall any other color than grey and grey is the only color listed for 1965/66's in the parts catalog.
My '65 Standard Cab came with one grey visor. Ordered a right visor rod, then installed white padded visors on both rods from a 1963/64 Galaxie.
Bill, they match the same color and material on my seats.
You have the proper visor's. They were simply not ALL gray!
I have seen more not gray visor's than gray.
Just because it shows gray in catalog many years later as all that was avail shows nothing that ford never installed other colors. Its quite obvious on assy line other colors were used.
I have had 8 different 65-66 slicks and NONE of the visors were gray.
The invoice for my 66 F250 4x4 Custom Cab does not call out padded visors and it has some very nice gray cardboard visors in it. I have another invoice from my friends 66 F250 4x4 Custom Cab and it does call out Padded Visors as a separate line item.
