Removing keyless entry keypad 04 Expy

Removing keyless entry keypad 04 Expy
Trying to figure out how to remove the keypad on my 04 expy. I am going to change out the backlighting to white. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get it out.
So far I have:
-Taken off the door panel
-Take off the mirror
-Remove the trim piece that holds the keypad
I cannot find out how to get the keypad off of that trim piece. I do not see any apparent way to do so and I do not want to break anything.
Does anyone have pictures or a diagram of how to do this?
