That web site seems fishy too me, ie no company address or is it just me. call them first to see if they let you come by to see thier facility or drive over to pick up the motor.
I like this place www.southernautomotiveengines.com they can build costom engines too.
Here's how I did mine; opening up the pin holes in the rods, resizing the rods, with new ARP bolts-- $275. Turning the crank and new rod & main bearings--$200, Pistons were used and given to me by a friend. Boring the block , installing cam bearings, decking the block .010, and cleaning--$300. Weiand 8010 intake--$75. Porting & polishing the heads -- elbow grease and sweat. Valve job, new valves, springs, retainers, milling the deck face .030 & exhaust face .010 ( they were pitted) -- $475. Cam, lifters, timing set, rocker stud conversion kit ( Crane cams) big chevy rockers----$355. Gaskets, oil pump, oilpump drive $165 . That's about it ( I think LOL) and adds up to ( oops!!) $1841. Well that was close. There probably some other smaller cost's that I can't recall, but still you can do it for $2000 and come out with an honest 400-450 horse motor that runs on pump gas.
