All installed. Thanks so much sammie I wish I had posted when I first started to get annoyed I ended taking everything apart again and putting the parts where they seemed like they should go. I still have 4 nuts and 2 washers, but I'll call them extra parts.
This is what it looks like now.
The 4 extra nuts you'll want to use to double nut the brackets that go around the axle. You can see how they go in Timf150's pic. Not so sure on the extra washers, but seems like I had extra parts when I installed mine as well.
Every "how to" I've ever seen on here always starts with "after I threw away the horrible instructions, it went well."
Now, with it installed, go out down the road around 45 mph or so and do a 'panic stop' and watch how the truck reacts. Her rear will stay down and very level, much more controllable. The best results are in the ones you have to do in a curve(I don't promote practicing that type). The rear will stay under the truck keeping more weight on the rear tires. Very much worth the money!
I'm glad I installed it, I'm just shocked at how confusing the instructions were. one ot two simple diagrams would clear it up making it a breeze to install. I spent most of my time installing and then uninstalling repeatedly thinking I had made mistakes. The simple fix for this is to make all the washers the same, this thick/thin is nuts and the ID difference of .032 is insignificant.
Check out some of my photos in my album. I tried taking step by step photos until my hands got too greasy to snap any more photos. Grease from putting grease on the bushings.
Love how everyone helps on this site! Here is a dumb question from me again. If I do not tow what advantage or improvement does the hellwig give the X?
I am about to put a suspension lift on my X and keep reading here about the hellwig. Thanks

It improves handling on curves. Reduces body roll on turns.
