I recently purchased a 69 F100 and it came with Heddman (or hooker ?) headers installed but the seller threw in a set of Ford OEM short cast iron headers.
They are pretty heavy but I like the idea of keeping the truck OEM.
I perfer headers but if true original is your goal and you want better flow... there are companies now that can take a fairly large amount of material out of the inside of castings by forcing a abrasive thick clay like goo on a special fixture and essentially increase the size and polish the insides... something to check into
