Please help?
Hello I am a newbie on here and have a few questions. I just recently purchased a 86 f150 with 5.0 dual tanks 1st question when I put gas in front tank it fills fast then I have to stop until gas gurgles down fill a little then repeat anyone have a clue? 2nd when I start truck and go to give gas it bawgs down no matter what driving or not? 3rd is there a special tool needed to remove housing on fuel selector so I can change the filter? Thanks

For the gas thing, sounds like the corrugated vent tube in the filler hose needs attention.
It should be held in place where the rubber tube meets with the tank, and where it meets with the steel filler tube. Basically, at both ends, it's held in place.
