With out digging my service manuals out I'd say it's the same as the '66 SWB two wheel drives. I don't belive that to be true of the '64 4X4s, I've never beem around any of the '61 through '65 4X4s, just looking at pictures I don't think they made the true SWB 4x4 until '66. I bet somebody will prove me wrong. I know, I know you never say never about FOMOCO production.

WHEEL BASE
According to my shop truck's vin plate the short wheel base is 115". I call it my shop truck because it's been sitting in there dead in the water for two years. The sale of a few more headliners and the 390 is coming out for rebuild.
