Anyone notice that the 2013's have new tailgates? I was looking at an xlt for sale online and noticed something funny about the tailgate compared to my 2011. It has a new stamped line across the top that wraps under the handle. the whole middle section almost looks as though it sticks out a bit on a smaller scale of the platinum. I had heard they moved the camera from the handle into the Ford emblem, but hadn't heard about this. I guess it must have to do with the silver piece they add to it on the platinums. Also noticed to steering wheel seems to be slightly different around the outside of the buttons? Here's a few different ones. Check em out.
Not a big fan of the new line on the tailgate. The left side steering wheel button is a different shape and looks to have a "setup" button on the top of the ring. Wonder what's that for?
I noticed on ford's website that you can get both the reds with pale adobe 2-tone. Can't wait to see what one of those looks like. I've always loved that color scheme.
I like the dealer too of the first link. Vernon Auto Group gives you Lifetime Powertrain Warranty. Unlimited milage, unlimited time, no deductable. Now that's a cool dealer add-on to have with this truck.

The setup, info, and reset buttons are exactly the same shape and place as before. What's new about it? Setup lets you set stuff like trailer brake electric/electric-hydraulic, courtesy wipe, and to flip through engine hours, idle hours, DEF tank full or not full, oil life, all that kind of stuff.
I did'nt notice the new dashboard design in the first pics. Is it scheduled for later or am I just not seeing it? Was waiting on the 13's also to trade my 11. But they came out so late I might wait till the '14's get here.

Very sweet considering its a third party warranty company that seems to have pretty good reviews and minimal complaints. They are used by Chrysler, Mercedes and BMW.
