That's the kit I used, purchased at the local speed shop a few years back at $450. It's a bolt in on an F1 after removing the stock spring hangers. Removing the stock hardware is the hardest part of installing the kit. It bolts into the rivet holes of the stock hangers. Pretty easy and it was good quality.
i don't understand why you would want to replace the spring mounts on the frame unless yours are damaged. They look a bit flimsy. Maybe just the pictures? I used new springs from Posie's to get better ride and 2-3" lower.
I have had good results by relocating the stock spring hangers and reversing the spring eyes. The stance is real nice and you don't need to spend $450.00 That doesn't mean that the TCI stuff isn't nice 'cause it is
Price doesn't seem bad since it includes shock crossmember and shocks if you want to mount the axle on top springs. Check your axle diameter matches kit. Remember you are going to need to C notch the frame. Brackets have gusseting that is hard to see.
i've seen you on this site quite a few times and it seems you always have great info. for instance, about "C" ing the frame when doing this mod. keep helping us novices, its well appreciated!!!
I've said it before: I try to pay it forward by helping others where I can. I don't have anyone here to pass on what I have learned in my 66 years, and I think it would be a shame to just to let it be lost again.

Gosh your old Ax, you got three years on me lol...
i.m also 66 and sometimes i feel that my knowledge will go unheeded. i was lucky enuff to train two young men in my field. one in his early 20's and one late 30's. they both have AMBITION. you can't teach that. they were both eager to learn and soon enuff they were taking the tools out of my hands. AND all the time we had Fun i never regretted a single day on the job. always looked forward to what i would do that day....... so i had those 2 young men (who are still my friends) to teach and believe me,its was as good for me as it was for them. actually, i dropped a note to you earlier about your help on the old fords. NOT my area of experteeze! and i'm not affraid to admitt it. so, i'll be looking for your responses to my old ford questions on this site. thanks over and over and over again.
