Silver DPFE Sensor
I have F-350 Super duty Gas which is incorporated in a 1999 Rexhall Vision RV.
The Service engine soon light came on and my Fleet Ford Dealer does not have any openings in their schedule for 2 months.
So I bought a OBD II Scanner and did some trouble shooting on my own.
I'm a Factory trained MBZ Tech so reading manuals and applying the info is not hard for me.
Bought a OBD-II Tech manual been reading that. Some applies some does not.
What I want to know is I have a code P1406 the tech manual says its the downstream hose is either plugged or disconnected. On the silver DPFE which is the downstream hose?
I have 2 hoses on it on the box it says ref lining up on the first hose there is a hose next to it in line with the REF marking.
Which is the downstream hose? The one nearest the REF marking or the hose next to it?
