Glow Plug Relay

This might be a dumb question.... I'm kinda new to these diesels! Where is the Glow Plug Relay on my 97 F350? Guy at the store figured it was on the fender well.... there was one there but I also found one that looked identical under the center cover beside the fuel bowl. Twisted main terminal off of that one just trying to remove rubber boot, so I'm guessing thats the one!! If so, what is the one on the fender well?

Your starter relay on your fords is always on the fender, your glow plug relay is on your motor valley near your fuel bowl.
