Anyone know why I'd have power steering fluid on top of the filler cap? It's been tough to turn lately if I'm not on the throttle. Can make parking this land yacht difficult at times. Anyway, fluid level checks out, any suggestions?
Your pump is going bad Todd. When the pump isn't pumping and you turn the wheel it will force the fluid up and out the vent hole in the cap, and that's why it's hard to turn while not on the throttle. Might as well go ahead and get a pump.

Auto Zone IIRC. Steering seems to be OK and I was just thinking that the cap was loose but it wasn't. What do these guys do with the lifts and big tires?
