i have a 1997 f150 4.6lv8 and recently i replaced all the interior lights in my truck with leds including my gauge cluster. but my gauges are not light evenly and i have like no lights on my hvac any suggestions

I just did the same. But LEDs are polarized. You probably have some in right and some not. The ones that aren't working, just take them out and rotate them 180 degrees. That should do it.
