New member Intro
Hello,
My name is Luis and I'm from Key West, Fl. I found this site while researching the web for products/info for my new toy (F-250 V8) that I'm getting in a couple of weeks.
As of right now my every day driver is a 2005 Ford F-150 XL with the 4.6L V8, 2 wheel drive. It's basically stock with the exception of an Optima red top battery, towing hitch, 4- 6.6" Kicker component speakers, and Sony CD player with front USB. It currently has almost 106,000 miles.
Our company truck is 2006 F-350 Dually Lariat with almost 90,000 miles. It's had a few issues, but it is great for towing and is a really nice truck when everything is working.
In a couple of weeks my friend is giving me (free) his 1999 F-250 Triton V8 with approximately 200,000 miles. It has optima red top battery, dark tint windows (Idk %), Raised suspension, new Firestone Transforce Lt 265/75R16, custom dual exhaust, 8ft bed, custom sound system with amps and a flip out double din cd/dvd player. He said this truck is maybe only worth $1,000 so he is just giving it to me and he is going to buy a new truck.
Anyway, great forum you guys have here and I hope to learn a lot and maybe one day be able to contribute as well!
