Need help with gear selector
The gear selector needle stopped moving with the lever yesterday and is stuck pointing at low 1. I looked at the brass screws I've seen mentioned on here about this, and they are still tight. What else can I check?

The lever moves fine and will select any gear needed; you just have to feel what gear you're in since the needle won't move. Everything I can see underneath seems to move OK, so whatever is broken must be hidden.
