i was thinking injectors and it could be mixing water with oil and letting water and oil into the cylinders. that is really my only reasonable thought on it be sides a blown head gasket. and as far as professional help goes i will fix it myself, i have enough knowledge to do anything on that truck. i just need ideas to check and i will do all of the work myself. i was searching earlier and it seemed that most people had injector problems with similar symptoms. bad o rings and cracked cups.
just checking the oil on the dipstick it looks like new oil just seems a little lighter brown that normal but could be just me. but as far as the oil in the valve cover is white looking. and the steam coming out of the motor is about normal but i just am thinking it could be water vapor.

I've seen frothy white residue before in valve covers, the moisture seems to be the worst there than anywhere else.
You could drain a little oil out of the pan and let it sit in a jar for a bit for a closer look.
Im thinking oil cooler. You might have rolled a seal when you rebuilt it and that's whats causing your coolant to get in your oil. This is just a guess
on more idea, i just read that if i get air in the fuel i will get allot white smoke. i just did the fuel bowl heater, and the o-ring on the plug in the back of the h-pop. and the starter is the factory starter i wonder if the starter is going out and the stalling pulled a air bubble that was traped somewere from me doing the fuel bowl heater?

im running delo 400 its all i have ever used. and im not so much workied about the water in oil im more woried about the "hydro locking". i dont see how the first time it hydro locked so bad it would turn over but then it all of a sudden did after the 3-4 attempt to start it. liquid does not compress so inless of course it pushed it back were it came from.
if anything i think the water in oil is the oil cooler. but i dont see why im not getting any smoke every time it hydro locks. only the one time and it did not smell like fuel, antifreez or oil.
