I sold my good running flathead and 4 speed trans for $1800 while it was in my truck before I did my conversion. I included everthing that attached to the motor and trans that I did not need. I also threw in the radiator for free when the guy said his had been repaired a few times, mine was a like new aftermarket replacement and I did not need it so off to a good home it went.

I put in a Ford Racing 306 and a AOD. Pics in album.
