I am considering replacing my original single reservoir master cylinder with a dual reservoir unit on my ’41 1 ½ ton 11T. I was wondering if anyone has done this mod, and if so, what unit was used and were there any problems.<O</O
We put a dual Mustang MC on our 47 1Ton using stock pedals, no power booster. Also disk brake kit. Got the MC adaptor and the disk brake adaptor kit and all necessary valves from ECI in CT. Talk to Ralph, great guy, lots of help. PH: 860.872.7046.
Bought from NAPA (or similar): MC is 67-72 Mustang, Calipers are 79-87 Chevy 1/2ton, Rotors are 73-93 Ford F150 2wd. Ralph can cut the adaptor on his CNC machine. This is assuming your 1.5 ton is like my 1 ton frame... Hope this helps,
Cary
