AC Compressor Clutch Replacement

I dont know if im just not good at research or what but simply put, i believe my ac compressor clutch pulley bearing is going out. Makes noise whether ac is on or off. If i change out the clutch and pulley will this fix the problem? and is there a step by step guide out there somewhere on how to do this job? Do i need to replace the magnet or coil and if so how do i do this? Please help me I need to order parts and i need to fix it today. Thanks guys!!!

Here is a pdf from my Ford manual to give you an idea how it all goes together. Compressor Clutch Replacement.pdf You should be able to replace the pulley/bearing assembly and clutch shoe without any special tools, other than some snap ring pliers.

Since it may be difficult to remove, I'd leave it be. You can always change it later. You'll already know how.

Typically, coils either work, or they don't. If it's working, I wouldn't replace it, unless there's obvious signs of damage, like melted or burned areas.
