long start
i got an 03 7.3 with 111,000 miles. it was taking long time to start sometimes. i changed the ipr 5 weeks ago and seemed ok since then it was acting a little funny again. hooked telstar up and it said unable to verify connection. thought maybe computer was bad so i had an an extra one and switched it out. truck will start and run fine but computer still says same thing, i cant check anything. codes, injector electrical test, contibution test,etc. any ideas why its saying this? last time i was able to check stuff but now it seems like something went crazy. any input will be great. thanks.
