Tight Steering

Tight Steering
Here is my issue - my steering box was leaking badly. Thought of replacing the seals but time did not allow for that so I replaced it completely with a rebuilt unit from AZ. The leak is stopped but the sterring feels tight. Like it only has 1/2 power steering. Turned wheel back and forth several times to make sure all air was out of system, fluid level is correct. Any suggestions on why just changing the box would make it hard to turn??

Welcome to the forums.
Depending on how loose your worn out box was will determine if the replacement is too tight or just not worn out like your previous box.
When rebuilt, they set the preload/lash on the box with the screw/jam nut on the top cover. It can be set too tight, thus making it hard to steer(and wear itself out prematutely).
Or is it a pump pressure issue?
