Best way to update my 2003 stock radio with OEM?

I have this radio:

Looking to upgrade it with an AUX input (from an iPhone), and with an integrated Sirius radio.

I prefer the look of OEM. Can I simply replace the radio with a newer OEM unit that has these features, or is it more complicated than that? If I can replace it with an OEM unit, which one?

Thanks for any tips.

Sorry to late to help you, but maybe we can help someone in the future

To to find out if you can add the pie aux interface, your radio needs to have external CD changer controls, to test the radio
insert a disc and after a few seconds press the the CD button the radio needs to display NO DJ or NO CD in this case you can use the PIE FRDN-AUX

If the radio skips and the information on the display its from the cd playing at the moment, there are no external controls,
you can replace the radio one that comes with SAT and AUX button they are capable of aux input or iPod controls
