I was closing the door on my truck and didnt close all the way, so i gave it a little shove with my lower body and boom theres a dent. The dent isnt big at all its hard to notice it, so i was wondering if i remove the panel if i can fix it myself?
Use a plunger: clean the surface of the door very well, then pour some water to create adhesion, then stick the plunger push in and pull out very fast/hard. Of course, the plunger needs to seat/seal completely against the door, or it won't "suck" out the dent.

And this will work? When i push in it wont push in even more will it?
It wont make the dent any worse, I've done it several times. Throw a glass of water on it, stick it on then pull it off. Pull hard and fast. If there is a crease it wont get that out. The longer it stays dented the more it will want to pop back into the bent position.

That last sentence you said, so the longer it stays dented the easier it will be to pop out?
Attached? you're making it sound like you're going to glue the plunger over the dent, DON'T. Just follow the instructions I already posted and you'll be fine.
