Does anyone have a wiring diagram for a 77 f-250 4x4. I have a connector with a white and purple wire and a burnt up one going clear up the harness that leads to the back of the pickup. Im trying to get my turn signals/brake lights to work. I would post pictures but I do not know how to post them here.

The Haynes manual should have it, but Mi1lion usually posts them. You can't actually post a pic here - you have to ul it to the web somewhere, get the URL of the pic, then put the URL between 'img' vB tags, by pressing the "IMG" button on the "Post Reply" page.
I dont know, it is smoked bare wire all the way up and down. It is in the same plug as the purple and white. Its hard to tell if it was white or brown.
ok, I got it figured out. It went to the back of the ignition switch. I hard wired a new piece in althought I know it wasnt right. Now my brake lights are irritating the heck out of me, I have juice coming out of my brake light switch, but it is dead past the main harness plug outside the firewall. What color does the red with pink wire coming out of the switch turn into, I am just going to run a jumper from there to the rubber plug on the outside of the firewall. Thanks for your help guys, Aaron
