Need help posting a profile picture

How do I put a picture of my truck on this forum? I can't seem to figure it out! can someone tell me how?

You need a Photobucket type of account.

Upload photos from computer to Photobucket.

There is a drop down list when you click on photos at Photobucket

Choose the HTTP one

Copy

When posting On FTE look for the yellow box with the mountain

Click

Add picture

Photobucket?

What is a photobucket account? FTE doesn't know? I have been trying to put my profile picture on posts for several nights. FTE is the most user-UN-friendly website. Seems that everybody that posts has a picture, seems easy enough, but nobody can easily explain how to do it?

Don't know for sure what you are trying. A profile picture is called an Avatar on this site. Go to the end of the blue bar at the top and click User CP, then Edit Avatar & follow instructions.

You can use Edit Gallery to host photos here or use online hosting like Photobucket, Picasa by Google, or another. Once you have your photo uploaded, you can link it by using the yellow postcard looking app when you are posting.

This site is about 15 years old and a lot of better things have come along since then.
