<TABLE border=0 cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 itxtHarvested="0" itxtNodeId="34"><TBODY itxtHarvested="0" itxtNodeId="35"><TR itxtHarvested="0" itxtNodeId="38"><TD bgColor=#dfdfdf colSpan=2 itxtHarvested="0" itxtNodeId="49">Description: </TD></TR><TR itxtHarvested="0" itxtNodeId="37"><TD bg*************** colSpan=2 align=middle itxtHarvested="0" itxtNodeId="51">
</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>
<TABLE border=0 cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 itxtHarvested="0" itxtNodeId="32"><TBODY itxtHarvested="0" itxtNodeId="33"><TR itxtHarvested="0" itxtNodeId="36"><TD bgColor=#dfdfdf colSpan=2 itxtHarvested="0" itxtNodeId="47">: </TD></TR><TR itxtHarvested="0" itxtNodeId="35"><TD bg*************** colSpan=2 align=middle itxtHarvested="0" itxtNodeId="49">

Looks like any of the larger base 4 barrels, Edelbrock, Holley or Autolite. Don't get carried away, pick one with a lower CFM rating 350-500. Square blot heads?

Without the adapter your choices are small base Holley or Carter WCFB.

Didn't I just see this manifold on e-bay

For a street driven vehicle the adapter with A manifold is more cost effective than going the expense of the B intake. Guys with Ford 300 I-6 1 bbl carbs are using an adapter for Ford 2bbls, the flow of which has to shrink down to the one port manifold inlet. They are pleased with the results. Like Y-blockhead said, keep the carb's cfm down. 390 should work well.

Speedway Motors have a tapered spacer that should work better. You can see the mismatch between the bores. It works but it's not really good. You can also open the manifold to match the spacer.

Then you're good. I keep looking at it and the bores look like iron rust to me.
