Your talking about the crash sensor behind the pass kick panel?
If so it may have developed an 'qwerk' for lack of a better term .
Do you park on a grade?
Normally it is a 'motion' sensor not a circuit breaker.
Pull the connections off and see if it happens.
If yes replace it.

From Rock Auto a low of $28 to a high of $79.
The purpose of this device is to cut power to the fuel pump in event of accident so the pump does not feed a fire possibility with the motor running or harness short keeping it running.
