rough transmission shift

rough transmission shift
My 1999 F150 has 118000 miles. Lately the transmission has been shifting rough. It is more pronounced as it goes into overdrive. Could this be caused by a solenoid switch. I am going to change fluid and was wondering if I should also change the solenoids at the same time?

Fluid looks good.. it dosent look burnt or have a burnt smell... also at correct level
If I take off at a fast rate the shift seems to be smoother.....However I generally start off at a slower speed....
