Here is the update we ran a couple Buzz tests today and got 1,2,3,4,5,6 high to low side open. And 3,7 bad on the cylinder contribution test. As well as Throttle position and ICP Pressure to high and low.

Wow, sounds just like my truck. Still have not found the problem after 3 yrs, LOL, still runs fine. Replaced IDM and UVCHs, replaced connector to drivers side UVCH, omhed harness from IDM and all were within spec except 2, but they were barely out. Gave up as it runs fine although i did not have that DTC repair from the manual(i do now) so when the weather gets better i will have another go at it as i am not going to just throw parts at it untill i can hpoefully nail it down. Maybe you will figured it out before me

Did you replace VC gaskets and UVCH's?
I get all kinds of codes with my Swamp's high voltage/high frequency IDM - but no SES lite and truck runs like a raped ape.
