knocking noise
i have a 1966 with a 352 it has been knocking but i went to visit my parents for a week and when i came back i started it and there was no knock untill it warmed up so im confused right now any help?

I had a knock like that, only when motor was warm , I had rebuilt the motor (361) and the only thing I didn't do was wrist pins and that was the problem. I had new bushings pressed in and no more knocking. Tom

how much does it run to get your engine rebuilt? im just wondering ill probly just sell the truck i only have 1000 into it and i know where to get a 65 shortbed withought a motor for 400 and i know where another another 352 is for 300 so i could sell the truck for 2000 and use my spare money for a more desirable 65 shortbed.
