It's a Lincoln mark VIII 93 to 98. 93 to 96 Are two speed and 97/98 are single speed and flow more cfm. 97/98 are ideal if you are using a electronic fan controller.
You're welcome, this fan is used as an upgrade by just about everyone so if you are looking for one you have to really be the early bird at the wrecking yard. Depending on the yard they start at about $35 at the "yank it yourself" types.
I found mine on ebay for $20+$20 ship. One of the support fins was broken off so it was marked down from the typical $45 to $85 most people on ebay are asking for used ones. A good deal even if you do pay at the top of that range. New OEM fans run about $200 give or take.

2x... 'had to fend off a couple of other pickers as the yard placed two Mark VIIIs in the yard.
Yep, got 'em for $35 each .... and make sure you pirate as much of the wiring connected to the plug!! Bring an 8mm socket.. the lil bolt heads are set below the plastic ribs cast on the mounting arms.

YES!!
Of course the one I got had no wiring or plug which seems to be unique to this fan and you can't find a loose one at the yards. A new one is at least $25. I'm going to go ahead with spade connectors for the time being until I can get something better.

When I say everyone uses these fans I mean EVERYONE. If you do a web search you will find references to it in forums related to hot rodding and drag racing to stock cars and rock crawling. I've seen them on import street race threads, MOPAR and Bowtie/GM forums as well so it is a very much sought after part.
Make sure you use heavy wiring and a high amp relay. Low speed draws about 16amps and should cool fine unless it's a hot day and you have a/c.
High speed draws 42amps!! Make sure the wiring and relay are rated for at least 50 amps if you plan on running it on hi.
