Around 34psi at idle going to around 40psi at wide open throttle (WOT) or with the vacuum line unplugged from fuel pressure regulator (FPR)

thank you!!
i will check it right now
i grounded the fuel pump wire at the diagnostic port to check the pumps and the inline one runs but after i disconnect it i dont hear anything so i disconnected the fuel line after the tank selector and a get no fuel out of the tank pumps so im sure im going to have low pressure

You will not have power to the fuel pump beyond the inital charge, unless the engine is running.

Put a pressure guage in the line, and start the truck

Yes, the pumps should come on then.

Sounds like your in-tank pump is dead.
