Is there a common item that impacts both sides that could have bent/broke/or came loose that would cause this problem.
It doesn't have to be a single component affecting both sides. For example the ball joints can be worn on both sides, or the alignment could be out. Your best bet is to bring it in for an alignment. They will check the front end for wear, and if anything needs to be replaced first, they will let you know.

I agree however, just thought that something else happened in the interim. When they did the front end, they ended up having to change the tranny. Since it is a 4X4, and did not have anything wrong before, just a thought that they did or did not do something correctly or something else was damaged that wasn't fount. Will probably take in for Alignment tomorrow.
If a shop did the front end repairs they should have had the front end aligned before giving the truck back to you.
When the transmission was done, did they tamper with the torsion bars at all?
