e-3 spark plugs

Was wondering if anyone has tried e-3 spark plugs. I have 2008 5.4 f150 with just under 30,000 mi and was going to replace them. But heard the e3.70 plug does not fit all 5.4's. So any recomendations or experiences would help. Thanks

First off why are you replacing your plugs with only 30k on the truck? They can easily go 90-100k before needing to be replaced.

Second on the 2008 the fear of breaking plugs is not an issue as they had changed the design or started using the anti-seize when they built the vehicle I can't remember which. Also I would recommend as would many to just stay with motorcraft plugs as the engines do not seem to agree with other manufacturers too well for whatever reason.
