Missing and Contribution test?

Missing and Contribution test?
I have a 97 f350 and it has a miss or i guess runs rough. I tested about everything I can think of besides oil pressure. When I do a Contribution test when it gets to the 4th cylinder not knowing if it is going by firing order or just in order, when it turns it off the truck runs smooth for the duration. Any ideas what to check next?

the test idles up the truck then I believe turns off each injector and so the truck then will shake more cause its like a dead hole. When I count and it gets to the 4th hole (dont know which hole cause I dont know if its going by firing order or just in normal order) the truck smooths out and runs perfect then when it activates it again the miss comes back, only on that one hole is when it runs smooth.
