Hey folks, I live in the Denver/Lake Norman area west of Charlotte. Any '68 or '69 Ranchero owners here? I'm just getting started on a resto-mod job on mine. Soon to be sporting new paint and a 5.0 'Stang/AOD.

Thanks. She's got to have a little surgery on the right rear but after that's done I'll post a pic or two, if I can figure out how to do it here.
OOOH, a V-10. Now that's nice. I've considered a 4.6 for the 'Chero but I'm afraid I'll run into clearence problems even though the '68's were available with big blocks. I like a little working room. I have a '98 P71 (Police Interceptor) and it gets excellent mileage for the power available, as good as my 2.9 Ranger 4 by.
