Actually little bit of a pain getting it to lie flat from firewall down due to all the curves, still playing with it there, also thick padding under it.
Cut away some of the padding where it was bunching up to help, don't want to glue it down.
Using industrial strength Velcro to hold up where needed, used this on all the panels as well, no clips or screws.
Is your carpet from Auto Custom Carpets? I just purchased one the same colour. I'm having trouble laying it flat also due to the transmission cover I fabbed. I have a floor console and may have to slice the carpet in the center if removing the padding don't help. What have you decided to do regarding accessing your battery compartment? I'm still not sure how I was going to go about it.
I ordered everything through the interior shop that's doing my seats, not sure where it came from, went in and looked at swatches for the vinyl and carpet.
I'm tucking the carpet under [Chrome]stainless panels by the doors and using Velcro up under the firewall, will fold back if I have to access the battery from inside the cab.

Hey Rich, real nice truck you got there. But where is that fan shroud I saw in the first bunch of pix? You ARE going to use it, aren't you? Dont want any overheating due to poor air flow.
