1300*?
You got problems... and i think they are spelled b.a.n.k.s.
Get a dedicated pyro on you rig.
Trash can the canned trash. Before it trashes your truck.
Why did you bore .030+ ?
Does your canned tuning compensate for the extra space? I doubt it.
Your pcm doesnt know your cylinders are opened up. More air and same amount of fuel should logically make for a leaner mix... i.e. hotter egt's.
Can you get some live data?
Xtof
The truck had 330,000 miles almost all where pulling 10 to 15 k pounds. it had an equal low compression on all eight cylinders. .030 over to clean up the .004 taper in the cylinders . also had lots of top end wear , hard to belive .030 would change a tune up, also how do you lean out a diesel ??? also 1300 is with a digital pyro . I have talked with a few shops and on here and they all say it would be harmful if it stayed above that or was with a needle type or maual gauge. I am somewhat misunderstanding now...
